Mangal Educational Institute

Imphal Guardian Society, a registered body under the society’s registration act of 1989, came into existence in the year 1993 as a brain child of educationist, philanthropist and social activists of Imphal.

Having established Imphal Guardian Society, the management body started Mangal Educational Institute, Porompat, recognised by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and affiliated to Manipur University with the noble intension of providing quality teacher education in the State.

The Institute is committed to nurturing the unique potential of each student-teacher and fostering excellence in teaching profession.
